After the material procurement process is completed, all products headed to the warehouse follow the process below.


  • Materials are stored in moisture-sensitive areas according to their moisture sensitivity level (MSL).
  • The number, address and production of materials in the warehouse are controlled by the ERP system.
  • Our warehouses are maintained with 98.9% accuracy. Verification checks are made at year-end counts.
  • The entire factory has ESD protection measures, starting from the warehouse area.
  • Material is consumed in our warehouse according to the FIFO logic.

 The materials in the warehouse are prepared in parallel with the manufacturing work orders and transferred to the Manufacturing area

Control & Logistics Steps

  • Creating a WORK ORDER over the ERP System (MPS)
  • Collection of the materials by the Warehouse and proceeding to PRODUCTION, according to the WORK ORDER.
  • Realization, according to the documents of the relevant product
  • Tests according to the test documents of the relevant product
  • QUALITY CONTROL according to the control criteria of the relevant product
  • Compiling and Preparing all Shipping Documents for the Product Packaging, Final inspection and shipment according to product packaging related product documents.

Interdata has two air-conditioning cabinets with an operating range of -70°C / +150°C, a sprinkler cabinet, a vibration-shock device and a screened test cabinet for EMC tests. In this context, we can perform the following tests in our test center.
